One shared identity. Different roles.

A studio partner works in an existing or future 5 ELEMENT studio. An academy trainer teaches authorised methods and modules. An independent partner works at their own location within the shared philosophy and binding quality standards. Roles can develop and overlap.

Quality and values decide

Kira currently awards trainer or partner status personally. Expertise, reliability, shared working principles and lived values are decisive. A course or Expert certificate does not create an automatic entitlement to a role.

Professional exchange remains open

With highly qualified independent colleagues, we can test and develop techniques, materials, products and quality standards. This exchange is also possible outside a brand partnership, respecting each professional’s independent identity.
